The Fund Sentiment Leaderboard uses an advanced quantitative model to find the companies being acquired by large funds (hedge funds, pension funds, etc).

This model is a proprietary, multifactor model that uses a number of factors, including the increase in the number of disclosed owners and the changes in average allocation across disclosed owners. The number ranges from 0 to 100, with higher numbers indicating a higher level of accumulation to its peers, and 50 being the average.

Owners Count is the total number of entities that have disclosed positions in the company. The Owners Count Percent Change is the percent change in this count during the last 90 days. Average Allocation is the average portfolio allocation disclosed by all owners of the security. The Allocation Change (%) is the average percent change in allocation between filings.
